In the mouth, there is a beautiful harmony in which the richness and freshness of the notes of Asian grapefruit give the wine a fine balance. Over the years, the vintage effect will fade, slip away, to restore only the terroir and the personality of its soils. With time, the wine will gain volume, defy its contours, as if to root its terroirs deeper at its heart.
