Where is quintus in windhelm

Climb up the slope of the mountain, jumping as needed. Close to the summit of the mountain, you will find the patch of Unmelting Snow. Collect some of it. You must acquire a Briarheart from one of the Forsworn Briarheart. They can be found in numerous camps throughout the Reach. One will be marked on your map. Head to that location, clear it out and claim the heart. This objective can automatically complete if you have a Heart in your inventory. Head into the marked camp ready for combat.

If you are a stealth based character, wait for the Forsworn to go to sleep. Right, well this is what happened. I was knee deep in the playthrough with a house in Windhelm and Whiterun, smithing maxed out and a chest full of fancy weapons including daedric, rare enchanted weapons, and I was a good 30 levels into the game. That's when Skyrim f-ed me over. What I didn't know was that it was a good idea to get rid of any briar hearts in your inventory before starting the quest until Quintus asks you to retrieve one.

Ladies and gentlemen, the Elder Scrolls wikia page is your friend through thick and thin. Anyhow, as I started the quest, I noticed I already had two briar hearts in my inventory, so I thought "Yeah okay, let me go retrieve the unmelting snow and mammoth tusk powder and head back over to the White Phial. Uh, excuse me video game, I have two. Totally bummed me out. So I said, whatever, broken quest, go on without it. If that wasn't bad enough, when I went to Riften to meet with Brynjolf at the Ragged Flagon, he was still at his podium dressed in his Thieves Guild armour, mind you trying to sell his phony elixirs.

So I read if you punch him and lower your arms, he'll attack then yield your surrender and head over to the Flagon. Have a seat and I'll fetch you some tonic. Nurelion: "Quintus, could you fetch me a copy of The Firmament? I need to compare the old star charts to today's. There's no way it's that precise. It will help me determine the season of his burial, which I can cross-reference.

I apologize, master. Quintus: "Master, I have a question about infusions of arrowroot. I just want to keep up my own projects as well. An apprentice obeys his master. A good one does, at least. I'm sorry, I'll get back to those notes straight away.

Nurelion: "I'm sorry to always be so hard on you, boy. Quintus becomes a potential marriage partner if you have completed Repairing the Phial. Quintus seems to admire his mentor from saying, "My master can be a bit short-tempered, but I've learned so much from him.

I came all the way from Cyrodiil just to work with him. But just watching him, I've learned so much.
